15-Day Return & Refund Policy
FRAGUMES accepts eligible return requests within 15 days of the date your order is delivered. Please contact us before sending any item back so we can guide you through the return process.
Return conditions
- Items must be unused, unopened, and returned in their original packaging for hygiene and product-safety reasons.
- Please include your order number and explain the reason for the return when contacting us.
- Returns sent without contacting us first may be delayed or refused.
Return shipping
The customer is responsible for arranging and paying the return shipment. FRAGUMES does not provide prepaid return labels or reimburse return shipping costs, unless required by applicable law or we have agreed otherwise in writing.
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method where possible. Processing times may depend on your payment provider.
